No Returns Accepted

Because many of our items are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns. Each piece is crafted uniquely for your order, so we cannot offer refunds on completed purchases.

Remakes and Refunds

In rare cases where a product does not meet quality standards or there is a supplier error, we may offer a remake at no additional cost. Refunds are only considered if the issue is due to supplier fault, such as production errors or confirmed fraud. Refunds, when approved, will be issued as store credit.
